From the clients brief, Monk Contract designed, manufactured and installed all the bedroom furniture exactly to schedule for the opening of this new psychiatric unit in the North West.

All products were produced using a combination of American Hard Maple and American Black Walnut to create a fresh, bright and inviting decor. The softly rounded brushed steel handles completed all the products in this project.

Key elements in the build and fit of this project were to sympathetically incorporate essential needs such as anti-ligature hinges for all doors and security bolts and fixings to prevent unwanted removal or dismantling of products or components, whilst producing products that helped to create a homely and personal space for residents in long term care.
